April is National Poetry Month, and what a better way to celebrate this month but featuring the amazing and super talented Slam Team Burn Beautiful. We also have special guest DJ Samore on the 1 & 2’s. Doors open at 8 Show starts at 9:00 pm sharpe! $10 admission

The conventional wisdom is that “slam poetry is meant to be performed. Slam poems are chosen for their words, and meant to be said out loud”, according to powerpoetry.org

Tampa is known for its Buccaneers and it’s POETS. We Spoke is known for being every bit the swashbuckling collaborative on stage and their swaggering bravado is captivating.
